A round of applause in the 77th minute at the next Aston Villa home game would be good to hear and see.

Re: Cleaning Mounted Slides
For over 40 years, both personally and professionally (for publishers), I have used lighter fuel applied with cotton-buds, with the latter then used to gently clean away anything on the slide. The fuel evaporates very quickly, so there isn't the additional problem of stains on the slide surface from...

Re: Davis Monthan Air Show 1996 HH60
Many thanks for that, I was convinced it was at DM. Back to the drawing board Chances are that you did see '239 at DM on the day. The show report in 'BAR' doesn't include a lot on non-Static based airframes, so it may be that '239 was present on the base but not on show. What I can confirm is that ...

Did anyone else visit this show and log HH60 90-26239? Ive got a photo of it and I am pretty sure it was taken on that day but I havent got it logged there, in fact I dont have it logged at all. The only HH60 I logged that day was 90-26224 and its definitely not that one in my picture The 'BAR' lis...

Re: Mig-23 down - Thunder over Michigan
Isn’t that the same bird that had bits of a canopy come off during flight at EAA couple weeks ago? There is (or was) only one flying Mig-23 in the US, so must be the same. Are there still any Mig-23 flying anywhere? Maybe in Africa? North Korea, possibly Libya. I think Cuba still operates a few, bu...

Re: Mildenhall July 1989
On July 19, 1989 I saw 3 C141's. 2 of them were 38079 and 60131. Anyone know the third C141? And on July 30, 1989 I saw 4 C141's. 3 of them were 40632, 50218 and 60208. Does anyone happen to know the 4th C141? While spotting at Lakenheath I saw an E3 landing at Mildenhall on July 18, 1989. Anyone h...
