Rockwell Ruckus 4/6

Hi all, made the trip to Fairford Sunday 3/6 and managed to catch the pair of B-1s returning on Monday 4/6. I was woken up at 0600 to the most almighty sound of them taking off! Not the greatest photos, weather was dull as anything, but so glad to have caught them. I'd also like to thank everybody w...

Merlin ZH857 seems to have dropped into Altcar, not sure if this is where they are all based though.

Re: Camping at RIAT

I use a motorcycle jump starter that doubles as a USB charging device, holds a lot of power and will do a good 2-3 days of charging devices. It's a DB Power DJS40 but there are cheaper alternatives just for charging devices.

Re: First RIAT...

This will be my third year at RIAT but I've booked two nights at the above camp site, no idea what it's going to be like but like others have said arrive early to the show! I'm going on my motorbike this year so only taking essentials, should be fun!

Re: Exercise Chameleon Mon 9/9

Paul Heasman's timelapse sequence on Flickr http://www.flickr.co...N08/9720440496/ shows two ships standing off Valley for at least 6 hours yesterday, presumably in support of the Ex CHAMELEON PJEs. In the absence of an AIS feed from the west coast of Anglesey, can anybody identify them? (last time...
