Interpreting Fairford NOTAM's can sometimes be like being on the Krypton Factor . I take it this means [in layman's terms] that the aerodrome is closed today from 0600 to 1800 [i.e. its published normal opening hours I believe ] .However between 0730 and 1630 the aerodrome is available at one hours ...
