Hi all, just back from a lovely few Days in Palma, Mallorca with relatives and went on a cycle run on Saturday when we became aware there was some sort of Helicopter hovering around looked round and here was a Sikorsky S-76 hovering over the sea just near a Beach Side Cafe we stopped at for refreshm...

I remember going to an Airshow at Honington way back in 1992, very well organised with quite a few based Tornados amongst other Aircraft, it was the first time I ever saw an F-15E Strike Eagle from nearby Lakenheath....

Great Tac Demo at that show if memory serves....

Hi LJC that exactly what the C-17 - ZZ173 - which came in on Easter Monday did, arrived, taxiied to the taxiway from 06 parked for a short time then departed. I actually had time to get from the Airport that day down to Cramond and saw it on departure from there.......

Hi Adderman, yes that’s the one, It was the Commando Memorial at Spean Bridge the very one. Had always dreamt of a similar sighting of something like Tornados or Typhoons but Tornados are now unlikely only chance would be Typhoons but who knows.. - may have to settle for A.400Ms though…
