Re: Belgrade Aviation museum
The Museum has been cosed for a good few years - roof leaks. External surprises, DHC 2, Shorts Sealand, a decoy MIG-29, and internally various.

C-130 over Serbia
Driving towards Belgrade on 22/8, saw high wing transport - thought it was a Swebian A.F. AN-26. After another look it looked more like a C-130. Diverted to Batajnica - but nothing there. Went to Nikola Tesla airport. Guess what was there - An IDF/AF KC-130H Serial no 420 on the apron. No idea what ...

Re: Serbia in recent times
I like the pic's from Batajnica, was it the Armed Forces Day in April. I was there, but did not get into the hangars. How did you manage to find Omladinskih Brigade and the G-4. As for Novi Sad airport and the old AN-2's. I was there a few a years ago, and it looks the same. Did you get any pic's of...

Re: Batajnica 22.04.23
Hi phila I was there as well, visiting family and friends. Had not taken my camera gear, so just watched them. it was good, but there was way to much army gear. Pity they did not have the Mig-21's they had in 2017 when i was there last. The trashing of the car by special forces was over the top. At ...

Re: 80 years of the Air Training Corps
I was a member from 72-75. The highlights were summer camp 73 at Brize - flew in a Comet, Britannia, VC-10 and 3 hours of circuits and bumps in a Belfast only 9 of us in a cavernous hold. Only surpassed by summer camp in 75 at Binbrook - flights in a Lightning T5.
