Re: The question is is 50MP better......judge for yourself..

As someone who uses 7D2, and 5Ds I can say that there is very little difference at all in image quality, the actual photosites (pixels) on the 7D2 are 4.1 microns and the 5Ds they measure 4.14 microns, the dynamic range is being 11.8 and 12.4 respectively, as you can see there is little in it. So, i...

Re: RAW file size vs. noise + lens effects at high ISO ?

Are you using the Adobe RAW converter for your files? I would suggest trying Canon DPP or Capture 1 as both these programs produce far better results from high ISO files.

Re: Reporting Live Ops threads

Please for QRA just note the jets are airborne and maybe give callsigns and Hex codes for those that want to watch/listen. But please please consider waiting to post further details until you are certain and fully clear that the incident is fully resolved and there is no further threat. Then post a...

blocking the view from obvious vantage points 2,000 feet high fence perhaps   They block the view pretty well on many airshow airfields already, speakers on poles, marquees, fun fairs... etc etc. why all that clutter cant be moved back from the crowd-line by 30-40 metres so that those w...

The argument of lost revenue will only apply if the crowd capacity is not reached! In the cases where they have exceeded...

Re: Northrop Grumman Long Range Strike Bomber unveiled soon?

It could just be a very clever marketing ploy, I have done this sort of mock-up stuff when working in movies, it takes just a few scaffolding poles and some plywood to make something that looks convincing on film!
