Have been told that this year's Marham Families Day will not have any flying or static displays. The event will be stalls only, to be held in what is normally the Families Day car park.
Well, at least we won't have to queue for that!

Following this thread and having just replaced my (pattern-part) EF-S 17/55 hood for a genuine Canon (£30 - Amazon), I can say I'm glad I spent the extra money. Fuzzy inside so no glare and it clips firmly on and off. No more discovering it's slipped after the event and spoilt my pics.
