Re: Rafales in the circuit?

Excellent many thanks ian531, a good shot from Porthleven. I was viewing from Helston. A friend who was in the Culdrose viewing enclosure, near the runway, visually confirmed what you photo also shows. 12 & 35 French Navy from Landivisiau 👍

Re: Cranwell 49

ZM336 Cranwell 33 landed this morning (2.6.20) and was later joined by ZM337 Cranwell 40. Both departed early afternoon 337 at 13:45 and 336 at 14:00.

I wasn’t aware ZM337 also joined ZM336 on 28.5.20, to which my original post relates.

Re: Quick Log 25-9-19

The F-35 is indeed a mock-up but is a fairly specialist one. It has been commissioned and built for use by the Culdrose based 'School of Flight Deck Operations'. It is same size, shape, etc. And can be filled with water to replicate the weight of a real F-35 to allow realist training.

Re: DARKNESS 21

I was coming out the front door of the Sainsbury's store which is next to Culdrose, just as these F-35s did a two ship fly through and climb out. Perfect timing and excellent view.
