I believe the actual download is about 91GB, at least it was for me when I downloaded it on release day.

Managed to catch the "Spirit of Golden Bear" on finals at Tampere-Pirkkala Airport, Finland. She came from Dover with a fuel stop at Prestwick. Continued to Ramstein in the afternoon.
