Re: RAF Cosford Air Show 2025
As suspected F-35B flypast confirmed. Can't help but wonder if that would have been announced had today's leak/cancellation not happened... Yes it was always planned along with the now cancelled Rafale display later at 4pm Let's just hope that the power's that be see sense and get it primed for a r...

Re: RAF Cosford Air Show 2025
Is there any indication anywhere on any practice or validation taking place on Saturday, I saw earlier a Notam has been issued for Fri and Sat but I have a feeling it'll be a turn up and take my chance

Re: Photoshop - Lightroom or what other software for better results
I'd suggest using a pair of drives with the second one being a backup copy. Drives do fail once in a while so better to have a backup. Mike Fair point Mike and with this in mind, I have just taken delivery of a WD 18 TB HDD as it was cheaper than the 16 TB HDD and not a lot more than the 14 TB I'm ...

Re: CANON Prime Lens Q&A
My choice would be a Canon 300mm F2.8 mkII with a Canon MK III converter 2.0X or 1.4x, yes I know before all the comments about the converters aren't great, they have worked very well for me and give great flexibility. 600mm with one of Canon's best lenses. 400mm is another cracker. These work well...

Re: Photoshop - Lightroom or what other software for better results
No worries! So I keep a copy on my MacBook which I’m currently working on and then have 2 “mirrored” hard drives. Idea sometime this year is to migrate to a NAS system but that’s a whole other conversation  Lol understood, the memory on my laptop isn't great but I didn't fancy trying to rip ou...

Re: Photoshop - Lightroom or what other software for better results
I think there's a lot of useful info and tutorials on Adobe's website. I do a lot of music photography, I started using Photoshop years ago but found it slow to work in, once I got Lightroom the time saving was huge. Photoshop for effects, layering etc, Lightroom for a more whole photo approach but...

Re: Photoshop - Lightroom or what other software for better results
I personally have always used Adobe, especially Lightroom Classic, with the odd pole removal in Photoshop with their removal tool/generative AI. I also pay for the photography plan monthly (Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic). Some suggest it is expensive but I always think I have my monies...

Photoshop - Lightroom or what other software for better results
I'm looking for some advice as to what I can use to better post process my pictures? My current method is to shoot in Canon CRAW [CR3 file] then sift through for keepers [in focus] Denoise with DXO PureRAW 2 and then crop and adjust the lighting in Faststone Image Viewer7.7 This has been a relativel...

Re: B52's
Just a quick question, where does the previous btf posts get moved to at the end of the deployment?
Sorry if it's been asked before. I'm looking to confirm what the dates were for the B52 btf last back end.
