I read a lot of negative comments on social media about these spotterdays. You proof they were wrong.

So it begins... . Another dutch Chinook, D-472, arrived earlier this week. So now three present. Also today another Cougar left for Carlisle, the S-445. So as of tomorrow nine dutch helicopters present. That is more then you will see at Gilze-Rijen itself.

You must have had a great time in Greece . Nice low level shots and an amazing spotterday experience .

Althoug around 500 spotters is a bit too much I think. I heard there was not enough space for everyone on the first row.

Indeed nice to see and it makes the typhoons more attractive .

Does someone know if these squadron markings only for a few typhoons or will they get applied on every typhoon?

Nice report

Todays Spotters day gave us access to todays mission with a launch & recovery of approx 68 aircraft & helicopters. After the mission there was an elephant walk of approx 40 aircraft. These are numbers of aircraft you only can dream of. Like your other pictures the aircraft are truly nicely captured.

Truly fantastic pictures . Take off shots are magnificent.

Very nice pictures :thumbs: Especially the German Eurofighter with tigerscheme. I read that one, 30+76, won the prize for best painted aircraft. Must have been difficult to choose as more beautiful painted aircraft were present. Like the Italian Typhoon, the Austrian Eurofighter and both Turkish F-1...

Phantoms are always an impressive sight.
