Help Wanted - Missing Parts
Hello all, Following a clear out of a load of kits I cam across an old esci/ertl AC-130 1/72nd kit. Upon inspection all the parts appear to be present apart from the clear canopy sprue. I am reliably informed that italeri used the same tooling / parts on their kits so the pieces are interchangeable....

There were hawks up and about but very little else. An AEW sea king did a few circuits of the Hayle area but I saw hardly anything at all last week :-(

As a regular to the area in August, I can confirm that generally the skies are very quiet during the period. The only regular used to be the 771sqn sea kings but sadly that is now a thing of the past :-( Im heading up there w/c Monday 15th August so if it helps Ill drop a line on here to say what's ...

I am in Cambridge on Thursday of this week ( 21/04/16 ) for an early meeting. As I am relatively local I was going to head up to Lakenheath / Mildenhall.
Is there anything happening of note or is it just usual based aircraft and staging movements ??

I think I have to agree with an earlier post, for me the highlight of the many years Ive attended RIAT, IAT, Boscome, Cottesmore etc was the French Crusader, closely followed by the 2 different variants of bear at the one show .........ah those were the days ! .
