Max, No ALTRV is normally required for the crossing since they will be on their own after filling up over the US or Canada in the AR20 or AR80 tracks. It's the standard NOTAM for a high-ranking royal arrival or departure.
You will see them quite frequently for Northolt.
Since the airfield is notammed closed until 4th Jan for routine visitors there is unlikely to any conflict with anybody.

Now we know what the new "Multi Purpose Hangars" are to be used for.
It usually takes a few years to get an airspace change through the system so this will probably tie-up with the hangars being ready.
