MSPG Simulations QE Class Carrier for FSX

Post by lowlevelRAF » Thu Jan 24, 2013 10:16 pm

HI Guys!

MSPG Simulations proudly reports the launch of the next ship in the FSX fleet.. HMS Queen Elizabeth!

She will be the newest Carrier for the Royal Navy, being built by BAe Systems. There are 2 carriers to be built, both with the current plan to have them fitted with the Ski-Jump. This ready to operate the RAF/FAA newest aircraft, the LM F-35B Lightning II.

Will have released her with 3 versions:

-Drivable
-Static
-AI Carrier

All have working spinning radar equipment & fully landable deck.

DOWNLOAD HERE:

We hope you enjoy the new ship, and look forward to seeing some screen shots!

Back to working on our main scenery projects!!

Regards,

MSPG Simulations Team!

Excellent.......Good news....

Can anyone tell me how to set up this new carrier as I dont really know....
All i want to do is to be able to land take-off but there does not seem to be any explanation how to set up the AI version or the static.
I.E. if I use the static version, i would prefer to use the AI, how would I place it? Can I use adex......

Thank you.

Hi Imgaylard,

Glad you lie her!

The Static ship would need to be placed with a scenery placement tool, for example Instant Scenery :)

The AI version, works with AI Carriers program, this allows you to place a ship xx amount of miles away from the aircraft, or can start it up at way points :)

Hope that helps, I will try and update the website or put a 'How to' page up :)

Regards,

Matt
