Hi, my son would like some repaints for his long list of freeware planes and he watched a video did exactly the same but it says you cannot save this file when you press save after putting the codes in to the cfg. file it doesnt matter where I try to save unless it is my documents. Is it because im using windows 7.
Help well apprieciated.
Thanks
Jeff

Re: FS9 Repaint downloading help
Do exactly as stated by glasfryn! Its a 'thing' inherent in windows7, basically it boils down to the operating system thinking that you should not be tinkering with program files as you wont know what you are doing! However, if you do what was mentioned in the above post, you can alter and save with no problems, then just move the cfg file back to its original location! Windows . . . . . . nuff said!
