Boscombe Down back in the Nineties was a busy airbase, and it allowed views of many different types of aircraft, including their own 'Rasberry Ripplers". I spent many Summer afternoons photographing from behind the runway caravan.

Very nice... thanks for these. Whilst 'down south' spent one afternoon a week from 1984-88 having a stroll along the disused rail track/path along the northern edge. Nearly always something going on.
Could see Lightning, Harvard and Nimrod AEW3 in the circuit! Also attracted some good visitors.
Also rather good F1-11 deployment in 1986 (I think that's the year).
