Question about ebay kits

I take a look at ebay on a fairly regular basis for aircraft kits, checking them in Auctions and using the Ending Soonest facility. Usually, there are about 13,000 kits listed, but I noticed yesterday that figure is way down to just over 3,000. Does anyone know what ebay have changed to account for what is a roughly 75% reduction in kits available - have they had a 'clear-out' of some sort?

Perhaps ebay removed 'dodgy' sites?
