Anything happen at Northolt?
I'm in London this week and wondering about popping out to Northolt. I note there are rarely any posts about Northolt. Is that because there is never anything there or just that no one posts and there is usually something there? What could I expect? And where can you get the best view of anything out?
Re: Anything happen at Northolt?
There are very few military movements at Northolt these days, and maybe half a dozen civil biz-jets if you are lucky every day.

Best place to view from is the approach at 26 end . Park in sainsburys car park Station approach and walk or risk getting a ticket . Its residents only parking. zones.
Re: Anything happen at Northolt?
If they are on the other end park in the residential streets to the south of the traffic lights on the old A40 and walk round to the field between the A40 and Gutteridge Woods.I am told that the bridge over the stream between the nature reserve and the aforementioned field has been removed so you can no longer get there from the "rear"

Walk down the A40 from the Polish War Memorial and it will come into view.

ZD621 isn't a Dominie, it's a BAe 125 CC3.

Thanks Dave, when you say "Walk down the A40" I assume there is a footpath or something? From memory it's rather a busy road!
