The Kessock Bridge

Post by Mike » Sat Oct 17, 2009 6:10 pm

The Kessock Bridge was opened in 1982 by HRH The Queen Mother,it links Inverness with the Black Isle(which isn't an Island at all !)and carries the A9 Northwards towards Wick and Perth to the South.
A few photos that I took in July :-

These have all been taken from the North-side(North Kessock) and the Industrial Estates at Inverness can be seen clearly on the other side of the bridge.

The Inverness Caledonian Football Stadium can be seen clearly on the left-hand side.

Some interesting views of a familiar landmark - I particularly like the underside views.

Thanks Mike.
