Provost Marshall Restricted Area?

I have just found a Notam for the above can some of you more knowledgable guys tell me what it refers too.

Notam Reads

Provost Marshall Restriced Area for Military Aicraft PM R320 Humber Weapons Range Airspace from 8am to 22.00hrs
on 8th,& 10th, March, 9th,March,8am to 7.0pm 11th,March 8am to 15.30pm Lower SFC Upper 2000 AMSL
Coordinates 5326n00010E012.

Provost Marshall Prohibited Area (PMPA): an
airspace of defined dimensions established by the
RAF provost Marshal within which the flight of
military aircraft is prohibited (AML)

Provost Marshall Restricted Area (PMRA): an
airspace of defined dimensions established by the
RAF provost Marshal within which the flight of
military aircraft is restricted in accordance with
specific conditions (AML)

Below are the normal operating hours so I guess the NOTAM is to extend the hours to allow night flying.

PM R320 HUMBER WEAPONS RANGE AIRSPACE
SFC - 2000 ft AGL
0900 - 1630 (local) Monday to Thursday,
1630 - 2200 (local) Tuesday and Thursday,
(from September to April)
0900 - 1500 (local) Friday
Airspace within ,
53 36 00N 000 09 30E -
53 38 30N 000 20 30E -
53 20 00N 000 34 00E -
53 17 30N 000 18 17E -
along the coast to
53 23 31N 000 14 00E -
53 29 30N 000 05 10E -
53 34 00N 000 06 00E -
along the coast to origin

Note. Prohibited to military fixed wing aircraft
unless authorised to enter for range activity at
Donna Nook AWR.
