Easter Airfield Operational Notice - 14th March - 6 April 2023
There will be a significant increase in helicopter activity over Tain Range on the above dates, with firing predominately in the afternoons and evening up to 22:00. Extensions to operate on March 28th and 29th have been granted. Every effort will be made to minimise disturbance during this period. Please monitor NOTAMs. Aircraft will be US Army Chinooks and Blackhawks plus UK Army Wildcats.

Heard a rumour that this exercise has been canx and all Rotary's now RTB is this correct?

Just been pointed out, they are currently on ADS flying down the Rhein just to the west of Weisbaden. 1017.

As there was no ground support flown in prior to their arrival, maybe it was just a long overland check run for the German based crews, seeing as Endex was shown as 6 April.
