The forward operating base has been set up at Tempelton(tent village, fuel tankers, Fire/crash tenders) and Helicopters have been reported over Castlemartin this morning.

Hi Longbow, I was hoping to see some French jets at Pembrey for this ex but all to no avail.

Very quiet all last week.

Chinooks seen lifting guns and vehicles onto Castlemartin earlier tho morning.

Try 318.750 I am getting some weak Helo traffic on it from Aberystwyth stated they were at 3000Ft

Today has saw a large amphibious assault on Castlemartin range from HMS Ocean and the French frigate Cassard
2x Chinook, have been ferrying supplies into the beach head, supported by 2x Apaches.A Wildcat has been in over watch and 5x Merlins are on Templeton airfield as troop support. Hawks have been simulating Fast jet top cover.

Local report are stating the ships are now off Tenby with an assault into Lydstep bay planned?

Tempelton is currently home to 5x Merlins, 2x Chinooks, 2x Apache and 2x Wildcats.

4x Merlins headed out tonight around 11.30pm,routed to the east very low level in trail formation.

Got up close to a Merlin at Sennybridge today, picking up a lot of Marines, loads of 3 Commandos RM at SENTA.
