Lynx HC.28 moves to Newark

Post by NAM Updater » Wed Dec 19, 2018 8:51 am

Yesterday Westland Lynx HC.28 QP-31 was moved from Fleetlands to the museum and details of this latest acquisition can be found here on the museum website!

This will now enter into a long-term restoration programme at Winthorpe.

It is indeed quite rare, but it fills a gap in the collection that we have been looking to close for a while. There's also some synergy in the spare parts sourcing for the three helicopter projects that have arrived this year - still lots to do, but the Puma and Chinook have already come on quite a long way since February! #NAMdeveloping
