I also would like to thank the admin team for 'getting the show back on the road' so promptly.
As someone who has been viewing and photographing aircraft for many years, I think, in this digital age, that its great that so many can now post such fantastic pictures of what we all love so much - well done to all.
I don't want to understand all the background issues and happenings but it seems to me that when some 'maladjusted' person who supposedly also shares a love of aircraft does something so malicious to so many I would be inclined to 'name and shame'
I'm off my soapbox now - so again well done to the 'technofobes' and team that have made all this possible again.

My thanks to all concerned for all the hard work in re-establishing FC as the premier military aviation website. Shame on the person who tried to wreck the enjoyment of 3500 members - a sad reflection on our selfish society.

What happened :S :S :S
I go away on Thursday to the Malverns in the caravan.....plenty of low level action from GR7/9's over me too which was a Brucie bonus.....and I come home to find FC has finnished and then started up again!!
Re-registered after a few attempts and all is ok again :thumb: :thumb:
I have no idea what happened (if someone could tell me I would be interested just out of curiosity!),but I would just like to say a big big thanks to the admin team for putting in the hours (hope she has cooled a bit Rich mate lol). So do we have a new admin team now then??
Oh,and the big plus for me is............................
THIS NEW SERVER GETS PAST THE I.T BOFFINS IN WORK.............I CAN SCAN AND POST 24/7 NOW....... :P :P

The same Admin/Mod team is still in place bar the manager, who was asked to leave the team after the team found out things were not all as they should be.
He left, but deleted the old forum.... :@

Anyway that was the past, were back up and running, and things are ticking over quite nicely.

Welcome back!
