SQL Error Reading PMs

Tried to open my PMs and get:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_2ce_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17) [1]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Forums been playing up for the last couple of hours, some sections not working then they would work. then something else would'nt. All seems ok now though.
