Correct, 11,000 is a figure, which is why I stated it, as it is the total number of people who have actually taken the time to sign up, and been activated.

If we need a statistics guru, we will keep you in mind, thanks.

If Dunk says 11000 people have joined, then why would he be incorrect?

I agree with your comment DaveG, "Sounds good". Even excellent. 11000 people showing enough interest to sign up is healthy & is a wide range of opinion which must be "good" for the site.

What a complete and utter load of cobblers. Talk about glass half empty, rather than half full! Congrats to the guys that are responsible for administering this site. You're doing a fantastic job and long may it continue.

It is the same with every forum but you can guarantee that the larger the top figure, then proportionally larger the lower figures will be too.

Ah well, there's always one (in 11,000 - or should that be 4,800, or 800(?)) who doesn't see it as a positive..

...and now (yes Blakey, no "k") even more members. Is there no end to the increase in world population of FCers?

Any idea how many countries are represented on this forum? RIAT beckons, 65% chance of good weather. Let's hope that the glass stays less than half full.
