Apache no longer at Wallop

Post by A&AEE » Sun Dec 20, 2020 8:32 am

I’m surprised it’s not been mentioned, so for anyone interested the 8 Apaches left MW for Wattisham last week on a one way trip. There are now 2 x 212s’ (1 flyer and 1 in maintenance) and 3 Gazelles (1 flying at the mo) and the HAF & Tutors. Word has it that E model Apaches will not be at MW until the end of 21 and the infrastructure at MW is updated to receive them. Very quiet times for a bit.

It was spoken about in the heads up section when they were reported leaving.
