US Navy E-6B 163918 arrived at Mildenhall in some nice Sunday morning light as BROAD55.

What few folk appreciated was that the E-6B is the Block II upgrade (the first one to be modified), with a second satellite communications link antennae, as well as a pair of small oval antenna covers for downlinks, positioned along the underside. The E-4B also has this latter feature, and it is being installed on other special operations aircraft, such as the civilian Dash 7/8 operated by the US government.
