Polish Fitters

Post by Pauld339 » Mon May 26, 2025 2:31 pm

Having worked my way through a few of the pictures from last week, I'm sharing below a few that capture the mood of the trip. If there's interest I'll upload a few more in a week, so comment below if you want to see some others.

We were given almost free reign to go where we wanted, which resulted in a wide variety of shots encompassing all areas of their ops: from pre-flight right through to shut down.

The Fitters were kept in HAS's overnight. The first activity of each day involved dragging the days' flyers out and moving them to the apron.

After a lot of work from a big team of ground crew, the pilots would then arrive at their jets. In this case, wearing immersion suits.

Soon followed by take-offs

And then the same again for night missions

As I say, I'll share more if there's interest, so do let me know.
