Just went to Wattisham on the off chance today and got a great catch. The second An-124 in as many days dropping in to collect 3 Apache's to take to Arizona for Hot Weather Training.

Hi,

Very nice. I did think about going up but went for Mildenhall/Lakenheath instead which was a waste of time. Nice to see he caught some light on the 23 end, that certainly didn't happen on departure yesterday evening. He should be due for departure quite soon. A French Army Puma is on the approach as I type, which could be the start of a detachment that was rumoured to be in late September.

Arizona for Hot Weather Training. I think they missed it buy a month or so. Its cooling down now Its only been in the high 90s low 100s even rain the last few days and a lot of it, Hardly not as hot as its been 117 or so last month I know its not that hot there by a long shot

Very nice set too. I just caught it's departure at about 17:10L, my pics not as good as these though, as I was about a mile away :P
