Saw this over Harwich so I guess it could be inbound at RAF Lakenheath or RAF Milldenhall as it was so low if you know what it is could you please reply on this topic

Think it's a government 747SP either Bahrain or Oman not going to Hall or Heath,
Probably on its way to Stansted.

I wouldnt say rare as it flies to Europe often (was at STN as recently as Sep and Nov 2015).... nice catch tho...

It's not that often in Europe but I got it few times at Karlsruhe because of the famous Casino located at Baden Baden....
