One question. Is the first one that dark or is it because of the light?

709 is wearing what is known as HAVE GLASS paint scheme so yes it is darker than the others, in certain light it looks more silver than grey

The Have Glass V scheme consists of radar absorbing paint and a special coating inside the canopy, both of which help to reduce the aircraft RCS (Radar Cross Section) by up to 15% over normal F-16s. For obvious reasons the radome isn't painted with it!
