is this aircraft a new build RC135? (i know the original airframe was an old 135) or is it a surplus USAF RC ? and does anyone know the history of the airframe ?

Used SAME40 then switched to Vulcan51
Now using Canon R7+ Canon RF100-500

Canon 7Dmkii + Canon 24-105
