Very nice, what’s the story behind the E-3 looks like fire/smoke damage to the rear end( hydraulic fluid that high up the tail on the leading edge???)?

Very nice selection there.

I would think the E3 is just showing signs of weathering due to where it's been operating in recent times.

I was going to post this but saw your comment. There is no doubt where the AWACS has been (it's sand mixed with hydraulic fluid) and finally heading home for a much needed rest.

Strange how the staining only starts at the radome support struts, and also that high up the tail.

Nice set,Usaf E-3s are rare at Mildenhall nowadays so great to see.

It can certainly do with a lick of paint, the Tinkers that I've seen in the past have always been pristine

Pristine maybe going but never coming back. Sitting in the sun and getting sand blasted now and then
