Thanks everyone for the comments, sorry about the late replies had phone issues and a busy day today.

I’m glad I decided to go to that position for shot 11 and they all lifted in a way that allowed pretty much everything to be seen without too much being obscured.

ZJ206 was the only Apache that was decent as the first 4 arrived extremely high and the sun went in just as they were on approach (and came out just after ) and we all know what Apache regs are like at best of times!

Wow, yes 11 awesome. Also Apache awesome In No.1 but all are pretty cool as well!

Thank you 11 seems to have gone down well. Only time I've been able to shoot a heli in that position regarding the Apache as most touchdown and lift from X-ray and Yankee pads further up the runway but they were filled with the other 4 Apaches that had arrived 5 minutes prior.

Oh yes, very nice captures and I agree with previous comments regarding #11; you should consider entering it in the photo competition

I am definitely planning on although I'll see what else this month gives me, not been bad so far!
