Ascot 7001 E3D ZH103 Departs

Post by reaper493 » Mon Jul 25, 2022 12:15 pm

Went down the far end in the hope of getting something different to the masses down at the WAVE.

Was still a fair few people down there, happy with what I've got, just a bit on the hazy side.

Will see if I can make 106's departure tomorrow, currently planned for 2pm.

Nice shots.
With 103 and 106 now being flown out for delivery, what might be happening to the 3rd 'spares' airframe ?

The third airframe is no longer being taken for spares.

They are taking the large scaffolding/gantry to service the domes, that's what the C-130 is coming for today (if it appears) and there could well be more visits for other ground equipment in the future.

106 is due out mid afternoon today.
