Good Morning All,
I was wondering if anyone could help with any specific ideal spotting locations at the following airfields that I am planning to visit next month:
LA and Surrounding Area:
Santa Monica Airport, Hawthrone Airport, Zamperini Airfield, Long Beach Airport, Compton/Woodley Airport, San Gabriel Valley Airport, Brackett Field, Chino Airport, Riverside Airport
Flabob Airport, San Bernardino Airport, Redlands, Victorville Airport, Mojave Airport
LV and Surrounding Area:
Kingsman Airport
Many Thanks In Advance,
Sam
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

Re: LA+LV Spotting Locations
Hi
Some suggestions; Santa Monica Has a viewing platform above small terminal building. Drive down airport road and look onto the ramp.
Hawthorne: One side is main road car park so you can look across to ramp. Drive along main road aircraft parked on your left. Drive into terminal area some aircraft viewable
Long Beach: Not so good now a lot of security fencing just drive around perimeter
Compton: Strange place alongside main road car park available at one end near museum? aircraft parked outside
Riverside. Viewing platform overlooks ramp
Flabob: I just drove in and walked around with no problems
Redlands: Road runs alongside airport
Victorville: Drive into main airport area and walk the nooks and crannies lots parked up Boeing has facility here. You can then drive to far side and view all the stored aircraft
Hope this helps
