Noted on the ran at Phoenix today were 5 x KC-135 due to the heat was unable to read off the serials does any one have a lit of based KC's hear and if possible the serials of the ones there today (22/08/18 USA Time). Much appreciated if any one can help.

I take it that you actually mean Sky Harbor where 197ARS/Arizona ANG is based.

Their allocation is:-
57-1469...……...went "out East" in July 2018.

61-0284..........not active after 16/08/2018 - possibly not on flightline??
62-3516...……….was in Nashville, TN area overnight (21/22).

Sioux City is Iowa ANG and, as far as I can make out, none of theirs were at Phoenix today.

Hi yes correct Sky Harbour, Phoenix, from my pictures from Terminal 4 all 5 were marked up with the as you correctly say the Arizona flag, to much internal flying and over 1000 mils driving in three days. Thanks for the tails much appreciated, 3516 was seen Tuesday PM on ADS B coming back, think it was there Sunday but the heat haze (110 deg) played havoc with the pictures but the list should hopefully tie up the serials. Just a quick question any serials of A10s F 16 and C-130 flying on Monday over Davis M as stuck in coach at the time.

Sorry, but that, I'm afraid, is beyond my capabilities.
