Lahr August 9 and 10, 1967

Post by Keflavik69 » Tue Aug 09, 2022 5:31 am

Today 55 years ago I visited the joint French/Canadian Air Base of Lahr. At that time the 3rd Escadre of the French Air Force was still based there with their Mirage 3E's before moving back into France after their withdrawal from NATO.

What's that on the centreline of the F-104s? Recce pod?
