The last Viggens in service with F21 at Lulea, Sweden

Excellent set Michael of such an iconic jet
Had several trips through into Lulea in the 90's (usually a February) to do some truck testing in the forests... certainly a bit nippy!
My first sighting of Aurora Borealis on our nightime approach into the airport ..stunning.
During our tests I remember passing Drakens parked up on a section of road during one of their 'highway operational deployments' and also seeing them doing some 2 v 2 air combat - against a perfect blue sky in the severe cold they left trails like a displays from the RA
Did get a certificate for crossing the 'Arctic Circle' though
Unfortunately never got the time to visit the air force facility so thanks so much for these, really enjoyed them
