The following year at the Lakeheath Open House, I was absolutely delighted to see 23+01 turn up out of the blue, resplendent in the markings of WTD-61 (Manching). Completely unexpected and (despite the B-1B debut) definitely the show stealer.![]()
The last time I saw 23+01 it was in 2006 at Gatow Cold War museum.
