Once in the West, NASA Dryden 92 and 93, Gordon

Post by Gordsmith » Mon Jul 04, 2022 10:17 am

I have amalgamated a couple of visits to NASA Dryden, on the edge of Edwards AFB. This is rather a long post, but it does include some interesting shots across to Edwards. Regards to all, Gordon

What's the back end on the Starlifter about?
In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig.

There's some info (unverified) on the "Tail Can" of 61-2777 here:

Fantastic series of photos, some very unusual stuff.

Thanks for posting, enjoyed viewing them

All that history, seeing starfighters in those colours just makes me want a time machine even more.

A superb collection, thanks for sharing.
