Brilliant once again Arnold, thank you so much for posting these amazing images. I think i may have had the pleasure of meeting you at the Travelodge Barton Mills at the reception desk as you were checking in.
Cheers and all the best.

Thank you all very, very much for all the nice remarks made. The reactions by far outweigh my expectations because I wasn't sure if all this French stuff could be of interest on a British forum.
Herbert, I am sorry but I did not scan any other Phantom from this trip. The one posted was a lucky shot actually. But all the others were too high to photograph with a 55mm lens. The same limitation played a role the next day at Nancy-Ochey. There I saw 29 Mystere 4A's of the 7th Escadre but all were far too high for a picture. Luckily 'portes ouvertes' in the early seventies gave me the opportunity to photograph them.
Punkrunner62, if you were the guy in the T-shirt of 301?FS at the Travelodge, yes I had the pleasure of meeting you there. Maybe again at Lossiemouth in October during Joint Warrior?
Kind regards,
Arnold
