Jag take off

Post by roughcutter » Fri Jan 24, 2025 9:01 pm

Scanning a few slides last night, Boscombe Down Air Tattoo 1990, and came across this dramatic Jaguar take off. Think I bagged it from the stand

Everyone has a photographic memory; some just don't have film.

Thanks for sharing these with us, another sadly missed type and some great shots. I was there on the Saturday and recall that the weather wasn't great.

Great little aircraft. Ever since watching them at Lossie in 1975? (when Cairngorm was storm-bound thus starting my second hobby- military aviation after skiing) I thought I'd like one of those for personal transport. Put my skis in one of those pods and off to the Alps!

Nice to see some photos of a Jaguar with ‘wrap around’ camo. :thumb:
