I remember this well, they rehearsed over Grimes Graves in Norfolk were I worked at the time, enroute to Marham.
Just one thing puzzles me, the Desert Shield/ Desert Storm Gulf war was in early 1991, so how is there a pink Jaguar at the head of one of the formations in 1990?

Jaguars deployed immediately after the invasion of Kuwait in 1990, if I remember correctly they thought it appropriate that the Jag formation was led by one of the pink Jaguars.

Very nearly missed the flypast myself! After being gridlocked on the A.34 for over three hours I was almost tearing my hair out - worst traffic jam in my life. When we finally got moving, concluded that there wouldn't be enough time to queue up to drive in, so out of desperation parked up on a nearby grass verge and ran into the place (after paying the vendor of course). Sprinted for about half mile to the flightline and got there with seconds to spare. I was gasping for breath when I took those shots, that was 22 years ago. If I attempted that today, probably have a cardiac!
