at 1540 today Turkish time whilst awaiting TCX flight home to ema, ran across departure lounge to just miss launch of fast jet aircraft.
five minutes later the tower was subject to an extremely low level high speed attack by one or more very special ladies of the toom type
an absolute treat,but with no camera to hand could not record the evidence

Can anyone shed light on what the aerial activity in the area is connected and identify the participants.

Can't help thinking if you had used your camera you might not be home now! Years ago, Flying out of Mombasa I was very careful to wait until after take off to get pictures of the Kenyan Hawks and F-5s.
