The day started with the departure of de PdF

The FA95 was the first Belgian F-16 to complete her 8000 available flying hours and she sported a special tail for her last flight.

Last touchdown

A final salute by the fire brigade

A nice variety of aircraft came in during the day, most of them took the effort of using the taxitrack close to the crowds.

Who would have ever figured German Tornado's to become the shows highlight? Very happy with this one and I was in a great position for a nice couple of pictures when it entered the static line.

And one of that other German wing still flying them

Polish Viper:

Swiss Hornet:

Portugese Vipers which aren't really common (any more)

They also used that nice taxi track at the south west side

More Germans

The A.400 had to be pulled trough the crowd line, so we had to get out of the way.

Finishing with a number of pictures of the various demo practices during the day;

A rather lengthy report, but the day deserved it.
