I had my first taste of a Northolt nightshoot (or any nightshoot for that matter) on Thursday. A very enjoyable experience with a lot of setting adjustments (and experiments) to try to keep the exposure times down because of the wind trying it's hardest to shake the tripod. I probably looked stupid trying to shield it from the wind but it seemed to work reasonably well.
