After a very slow start to the days flying, wind stopping the WWI aircraft flying and issues with the Provost, the day really kicked in to action from the Red Arrows slot, onwards. And ended up being one of the best OW shows I have been to.
Highlights being, Boomerang & Yak-3. Blenheim is always a big favourite and flown flawlessly. The collection's Spitfire flying with a Mk.IX and the Corsair with some stunning tail chase flying, followed by a beautifully flown solo routine from the Corsair. The evening slot was spectacular! The Flamant and Avro Anson together was stunning, followed by an evening slot for the Comet and closing the show with the Collection's Comper Swift and a stunning little DH.71 Moth
