i use this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lowepro-Flipsi ... B001APJZ50 buddy and it fits my 7d with 100-400 L lens with the fitted so i should imagine a 150-600 should fit. And when i dont want to carry all my other crap with me i got one of these https://www.thinktankphoto.com/collecti ... ster-50-v2.

Never had any problems with either of them.

I personally upgraded to the Lowerpro 500AW when I purchased the 150/600 Sigma lens because I found it bit tight when attached to my Canon body and also because it is a
105 I was not quite happy with the top closed
I now have the 60/600 of which the lens body is a bit shorter and there is now more padding required.but thats easily sorted

I have to be honest, I went cheap on my bag. Purely because I won't be using it out in extreme weather and I'm a tight wad 😁 (the one I have should be good enough in fairly heavy showers but I never risk it). I got mine off eBay for £31.99 including postage. It is a large ortex bag. If you type 352658047041 into eBay's search bar it will show you the one I bought. Personally I think it's a great bag, very comfy on your back and loads of room to spare, I have a 7d and sigma 150-600mm in it and you could easily fit other lenses into it. Have a look as you may be surprised, especially as there is a big price difference compared to the lowepro.

Thanks
Martin

One of these should accommodate everything you need

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lowepro-Vertex ... ics&sr=1-1

I've got one & it hold's 7D Mk 2 + Grip, 70d + Grip, 100-400 L, 70-200 L, 24-105L, 50mm, Filters, Scanner, Flash & all manner of other odd's & Sod's. Strapped to the outside can be either my monopod or tripod (could do both but have to draw the line somewhere)

I would say fully loaded it's a bit on the heavy side but once on your back & the hip belt attached is comfortable to carry for extended periods.

Earlier this year I bought a Manfrotto Be Free bag off an ebay shop.Shop was called dsg-outlet. £27.00 I can put my Canon 750D with Sigma 150-500 attached in the bag plus a spare body or a couple of other lenses, and some other bits and pieces aswell. Good sized pockets and fits over the shoulder. Very pleased with it.

Cheers

I would personally recommend the Tamrac Expedition 7X, its got plenty of room, weatherproof and rugged. Can be on the heavy side but once its on your back its well supported so its not that noticeable.

A bit late but might help somebody I got a bag last year .Loads of pads to allow you to set it how you like .Rear opening for security ,Tripod strap on front of large front pocket for accessories.,2 elasticated pockets on side, mine has slot for a lap top/tablet.I am a dinosaur compared to you guys but I carry my EOS450D with an 18-55 lens fitted and an EOS30D with a 70-300 lens fitted both with lens caps fitted and a Speedlite flash. This still gives plenty room in the main compartment for the camera manuals and notebooks,a 28-90 lens and a selection of chords caps etc.I am toying with a longer lens and it would fit ok if I took the manuals and some cords out.It also has various straps on the outside for hanging things on. I am not the gentlest with kit and this still looks like new after buffeting about in boats and the boot..Its from a company called Ortex and cost me 20 quid on ebay post free.Didnt expect much for price so really pleased.

Very late to the thread, but I've got the Lowepro bag (Flipside 400AW) that @Nescafe37 recommended - I got it very cheaply from another camera forum member, and it's "OK" but I can't really recommend it myself because, when laid on the ground, the main compartment flap won't stay opened when unzipped and so it's a right pain to get anything out quickly or to get into either the inner accessory pockets, OR into those on the outside of the rear.

I've been using a Flipside 200AW for 7-8 years as my "walkaround" bag for "grab and go" use, and that one I do like because it's doesn't have the same major issues as the Flipside 400 - and it's been very durable and is relatively undamaged (few minor scuffs apart) from being taken/thrown around anywhere and everywhere!

regarding my post of 4/12/20 Ortex bag it should have read lens hoods not lens caps. But just wondered if anyone else had tried one and if so what happened.Mine has been perfect and still looks like new, just wondering if it was quality or I was just lucky. £20 and it still going?
